Reporting unlawful content

The only things in GetComfortable that come from users are what two linked people see of each other: answers chosen from fixed options, the note on an answer, and the other person's name and character. Only the note and the name are free text. Everything else comes from us.

You can report a note in the app, on the match page ("Report this note"). Anything else you consider unlawful you can report by email to kregelinundkregelin@gmail.com. Please tell us which content you mean and where it is, why you consider it unlawful, and that what you tell us is correct to the best of your knowledge. We confirm that we received your report, look into it and tell you what we decided.

Protection of minors

GetComfortable is for adults aged 18 and over only.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer conciliation body.
